Call for Presentations
Dear Facilities Services Professionals,
We are excited to announce the upcoming 2026 NCAPPA Conference and we would like to invite you to consider participating in our education series for this event! This is an incredible opportunity for professionals across all areas of facilities management—energy services, architects, administrative services, transportation services, housekeeping, HVAC, plumbing, recycling, grounds, co-generation, and maintenance—to come together, share insights, and learn from one another.
Whether you’re a seasoned manager or a skilled technician, your unique experiences and expertise can contribute to the success of this conference. We are looking for engaging, innovative, and practical presentations that will spark conversations, inspire new ideas, and help attendees build valuable connections.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome presentations on a variety of topics relevant to facilities services, including but not limited to:
- Best practices in maintenance and repair
- Innovations in energy services and sustainability
- Effective strategies for recycling and waste management
- Advancements in HVAC, plumbing, and groundskeeping
- Leadership and management techniques in facilities services
- New technologies and tools for improving efficiency and safety
Submission Guidelines:
- Presentations should be engaging, informative, and practical, providing actionable insights for attendees at all levels.
- Please submit an abstract (200-300 words) outlining your presentation, including the key points you will cover and how it will benefit attendees.
- If your proposal is selected, you will be notified quickly after April 2nd and asked to prepare a full presentation for the conference.
