Message from the NCAPPA President
I hope this message finds you well,
NCAPPA is the premier facilities leadership and development organization. The NCAPPA team works tirelessly as volunteers to meet our mission of advancing knowledge through partnerships both internally with our members and external with our business partners to serve the State of North Carolina.
As a first-generation college graduate, I am humbled and honored to serve in a long legacy of leadership that has served NCAPPA. Legacy and leadership that has served and advanced North Carolina for over a decade.
I have served on the board since 2020 and have had the honor of creating lifelong colleagues across the state. These colleagues have helped me navigate through some of the hardest challenges faced by my institution. Colleagues, many of whom I call friends, would not be possible without NCAPPA.
I have been honored to meet business partners who help create excellence in our offerings and responses to market demands within North Carolina Higher Education Facilities. Partnerships strengthened in trust and fellowship only found at NCAPPA. Partnerships that answer the phone of on Christmas eve to respond to a four-story flood when your own home doesn’t have power.
Our job never ends; it never quiets or stops and thus without each other we are an island isolated from knowledge and advancement.
Together, we are interconnected to create a web of knowledge, skills and advancement.
